The design of this apartment building aims to optimize functional efficiency, despite being located on a corner plot. As a design strategy, the southeast-facing terraces project one metre beyond the building line to create a spacious outdoor space. These terraces overhang and project above the pedestrian porch below.

Both the base of the building entrances, ventilation shafts, and commercial spaces, as well as the recessed volume of the penthouses, are configured as "vertical" elements supported by the horizontal floor slabs.  

The building's layout is designed to meet the specific functional requirements of the housing programme, while maintaining a high-quality architectural design within the overall urban planning, technical, and economic constraints
